Elizabeth Olsen: Born in Feb 1989, an aspiring actress, she’s following in the footsteps of her older sisters. So far she doesn’t have any well-known movies out, mainly small roles, but I’m sure there’s more to come from her.
In “Peace, Love and Misunderstanding,” Elizabeth plays Jane Fonda’s character’s granddaughter, Zoe. During filming, Fonda noted on her blog that “when her face is seen on the screen in this movie it’ll be hard for her not to do more films.”
After that film, Olsen played a role in the indie film “Martha Marcy May Marlene” which is set to be released in 2012. This Sundance-developed film follows Martha as she escapes a cult and moves in with her older sister.
Growing up, watching Full House after school was the norms. Full house at 4, followed by Family Matters, Fresh Prince and Step by Step (what a great line-up). Being a fan of Full house, I was also a fan of Mary-kate and Ashley and their home movies (until I grew out of them). Apparently, Elizabeth had small roles in these movies. Elizabeth Olsen has appeared in at least five of “The Adventures of Mary-Kate and Ashley” films from 1993 to 1996.
They were so cute when they were little. Although they look exactly alike and hard to tell apart, they are actually fraternal twins which means they’re not identical twins. It’s like two separate babies born at the same time. The Olsens look so much alike you would think they were identical twins.
