When it comes to the benefits of green tea, there’s just not enough room to right…
It originated from China and spread across Asia, and now all over the West. There are different types of green tea that are very popular in Japan like Sencha, Gyokuru, Kamairicha, and, our favorite at home, Genmaicha.
Green tea contains a list of beneficial elements, some hard to even pronounce, and is a great antioxidant. Drinking green tea 3-4 times a day can help reduce risks of many illnesses/diseases.
WHITE tea has similar properties of green tea, but studies show that you can benefit more from white tea’s properties. White, green, and black tea all come from the same plant, it is just a matter of how they are processed.
Whether green, white or black, tea definitely has beneficial properties for our overall health.
